Shipping policy

Our orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday via Courier Post or ARAMEX. Target delivery is 3-5 working days and deliveries are subject to their standard terms of delivery which may vary at times.

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address, a physical address is required for all orders.

We will package your order in a way that minimizes any damage in transit, however, if your goods do not reach you in the order you expect, please contact us on redshair@xtra.co.nz so we can arrange a return/replacement.

Orders < $79.  Standard Courier $7.24

Orders < $79.  Standard Courier with Signature Required $8.50

Orders > $80 and over.  Standard Courier $0.00

Orders > $80 and over. Standard Courier with Signature Required $1.80
